Bay Twisters Cheersport is a sport for all ages and abilities.

We offer Competitive & Non-Competitive cheerleading (starting from age 4 years) including tumbling classes, open gym sessions, private lessons, birthday parties and so much more!

Bay Twisters from the beginning:

Bay Twisters was established in 2013 when mum of two Rebecca Grigson moved to Tauranga. One of her daughters Anna Grigson had been doing cheer in Auckland and when they moved to Tauranga, soon realised there were no cheer clubs in the area and decided to open a club.

Starting with 8 athletes the club soon grew and now has over 100 athletes of all ages in both Competitive & Non-Competitive cheer. Rebecca prides the club so its like a second home for the kids, with a real family vibe.
